Communion Veils

The typical girls’ first communion outfit is a pretty white dress, white gloves, white shoes and a white Communion veil. However, some parishes require the full girls first communion outfit which consists of: a white dress, a white Communion veil,  white gloves, a pair of white shoes, cloth diaper, plastic pants, white tights and an under shirt.
            After having selected the perfect girls communion dress and finding the requirements of your parish, you will need to select the ideal communion veil. When choosing a communion veil, it is always nice to choose a plain communion veil if an intricately designed girls dress has been chosen, or an intricate communion veil if a fairly simple girls communion dress has been chosen. For a real angelic touch, there are communion veils available with a cross design, these communion veils can be worn with any style of girls communion dress. However, of course patterned, embroidered, sparkly or diamante communion veils can be worn with an intricate girls dress if you so wish. Finally, after selecting the perfect communion veil, all you have to do is choose a matching dolly bag and a pair of pretty girls shoes to complete the Girls Special Occasion Outfit.
